PROJECT LAUNCH AND PLANNING

  • Deep Dive: diving into the topic and defining the scope is one of the most important factors for structured project management. Learning as much as possible about it in a short time is my job. From this, a joint list of priorities emerges, which shows you and me the way forward for the next steps.
  • Scheduling and budgeting: in addition, we set the time and costs. Together with the definition of the scope, these three factors "scope, time and costs" have to be kept in balance.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION AND MONITORING

  • Implement: Now it's about getting the project up and running and keeping it running. Here we are in close contact to discuss progress, challenges and achievement of goals.
  • Coordinating all project participants: Assigning areas of responsibility, sometimes conflict management, but also negotiating with services and moderating project meetings are part of my job. As the so-called "spider in the web", stakeholder management is elementary for successful implementation.

PROJECT CLOSURE

  • Closing: Before we pop the champagne corks and celebrate, we sit down together and go through the course of the project to honestly and openly note our learnings for subsequent projects. This makes it possible to readjust one or two points and implement optimisation measures.

KNOWLEDGE AND BRIEFING.

  • The first conversation: the path from idea to finished design is first based on a close and honest exchange. Our journey and collaboration begins with getting to know each other. Instead of less is more, what counts in this phase is "more is more"! Because the more information and insights I get, the clearer the task becomes.

 

CONCEPTION and DESIGN

  • Drafts emerge and are adapted: now you can sit back and relax, because now the creative phase starts. Initial ideas, sketches and designs emerge, which I then present to you in a presentation.

IMPLEMENTATION

  • The favourite: the decision on which design line to pursue has been made. Now it's time for the implementation phase. This means that the favoured design line is also adapted to the various media (e.g. print = brochure, flyer, one pager, poster, advertisement etc. or/and online = social media channels - various banner ads etc.).

 

FINAL ARTWORK AND PRINT DATA

  • Approval: after the final approval from your side, the medium (or media) goes to the proofreading department and then the final artwork starts. The data is sent to the print shop or online agency for further processing.

  • Coordination of partners: I am also happy to support you in the selection of a suitable partner for the production of your print products and/or the management of your online marketing activities.
